Job Description

As a Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success, managing client relationships, and ensuring the effective delivery of our comprehensive supply chain solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor for our key accounts, leveraging your deep understanding of supply chain management and technology to deliver value-driven solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Create strategic account plans tailored to each client’s unique business objectives and challenges
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Blue Yonder’s suite of solutions
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of Blue Yonder’s solutions, working closely with project managers, solution architects, and customer success teams
  • Ensure that project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met, coordinating with cross-functional teams to address any arising issues
  • Act as an advocate for the client within Blue Yonder, communicating client feedback to product management and development teams to drive product enhancements
  • Present regular updates and progress reports to clients, highlighting achievements, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with client goals
  • Participate in business development activities, including proposal development, contract negotiations, and closing of new business deals
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or consulting, preferably within the supply chain software or technology industry
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex client accounts and delivering successful projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software solutions
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
