Job Description

As a Client Partner, Growth and AI Augmented, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what's possible. You bring 7+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. We are seeking a Growth-Minded, AI-Augmented Client Partner to expand Valtech's enterprise relationships across IMDA. You will use modern AI tools to accelerate insight, deepen client relationships, identify new stakeholders, and shape revenue opportunities that drive transformative outcomes. You will own account strategy, executive engagement, commercial performance, and team orchestration — acting as a trusted advisor and growth leader across the client enterprise.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead account growth by expanding Valtech's footprint into new lines of business, new stakeholders, and new digital agendas
  • Build and maintain a robust, future-forward pipeline aligned to client priorities and Valtech capabilities
  • Use AI to identify whitespace, market movements, org-chart opportunities, and cross-industry insights
  • Shape opportunities proactively rather than reactively responding to client requests
  • Build trusted, influential relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders, expanding Valtech's access and strategic relevance
  • Leverage AI to tailor messaging, deepen understanding of stakeholder needs, and prepare for high-stakes meetings
  • Serve as the client's strategic advisor on digital transformation, technology strategy, and industry shifts
  • Own account health, revenue targets, win rates, and cross-practice collaboration
  • Use AI-driven synthesis (transcripts, historical decks, notes, reports, market signals) to inform account strategy
  • Align SMEs, delivery teams, and leadership around a unified plan that drives measurable client outcomes
  • Use GenAI, Storyblocks, and copilot tools to accelerate: RFP comprehension, POV development, Meeting prep & debriefs, Competitive analysis, Stakeholder mapping, Narrative and deck structuring
  • Apply hypothesis-driven selling enhanced by AI persona simulation (e.g., CFO, procurement, CTO)
  • Drive continuous improvement in pre-sales velocity and quality while reducing SME load
  • Mentor and enable teams (BDEs, SMEs, delivery leads) to use AI as a force-multiplier
  • Contribute to shared Storyblocks, templates, workflows, and best practices
  • Champion a culture of AI-enabled ways of working across growth and delivery teams
  • Build high-quality presentations, value propositions, and deal narratives — using AI as a structural accelerant, not a replacement
  • Ensure outputs reflect Valtech's brand standards, creativity, and strong strategic POV
  • Maintain accountability for story quality, client message fit, and deal clarity

Requirements

  • Proven track record of expanding accounts by identifying and engaging new stakeholders
  • Ability to uncover and shape new revenue streams within complex enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-million-dollar portfolios
  • Daily use of AI to accelerate research, insights, prep, outreach, and narrative development
  • Experience using tools like Copilot, Storyblocks, ChatGPT/Claude, LinkedIn Sales Insights, industry research, etc.
  • Clear ability to describe specific workflows where AI increased speed, quality, or pipeline creation
  • Expertise in account planning, commercial governance, quarterly and annual business planning
  • Ability to orchestrate global delivery, managed services, and cross-practice workstreams
  • Exceptional storytelling, persuasion, and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology topics into business value narratives
  • Strong ability to partner with Delivery Leads, Solution Architects, and Practice Directors
  • Demonstrated history of influencing teams without direct authority

Nice to have

Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)

What we offer

  • Flexibility, with remote and hybrid work options (country-dependent)
  • Career advancement, with international mobility and professional development programs
  • Learning and development, with access to cutting-edge tools, training and industry experts
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family, plus employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts
