Client Partner is a critical, commercially-focused role responsible for driving revenue expansion within our existing portfolio of agency clients. This individual will serve as the primary commercial owner, accountable for securing new platform licenses, solutions/service projects, and innovative tools by leading strategic conversations with key existing agency clients regarding the diversification of their programmatic platforms, adoption of AI-based tools, and implementation of new measurement solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Own and drive the growth of existing agency business
Lead the pricing strategy, negotiation, and closing of all proposals
Produce and maintain accurate opportunity pipeline forecasts
Understand and articulate our full offering across platforms, tools, and solutions
Proactively reach out and engage senior decision-makers at existing agency clients
Lead client presentations and pitches for new proposals
Serve as a core commercial lead in key client conversations
Work closely with the Strategy Lead to build compelling pitches
Collaborate regularly with Client Success Managers
Contribute to and execute team-wide initiatives
Requirements:
7+ years previous sales and/or client services/account management experience in ad tech, media or agencies
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, advertising or equivalent combination of experience
Experience working with Salesforce for pipeline and opportunity management
A proven track record of strong commercial/sales acumen
Strong record of fostering and building strategic relationships with senior decision-makers at independent media agencies
An expert-level understanding of the digital media buying space, including the programmatic and search landscapes
A self-starter with a strong proven track record of leadership
Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
Strategic and creative mindset
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Rigorous attention to detail, a strong drive for excellence, excellent time management, and strong organizational skills
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
