The Uber Advertising Sales team is looking for strategic sellers to be founding members of our newly formed Uber Advertising division. As an Ads Client Partner, you will be responsible for building mutually beneficial advertising partnerships with our largest partners within the export business. You will own the advertising sales strategy for a portfolio of top brands and drive adoption of a growing suite of ad offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will also work closely with our Partner Managers to consistently deliver on our partners’ marketing objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Execute advertising partnership strategies that deliver on partner marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals
Build and maintain relationships with Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives and key decision-makers within partner organizations
Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate complex relationships and challenging conversations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure partner needs are met
Expand ads product adoption across Mobility and Delivery offerings
Communicate the value of new advertising products creatively and effectively to differentiate our offerings
Develop scalable pitch narratives to drive growth for partners and the Ads team
Contribute to building the Ads business by taking on diverse responsibilities and supporting teammates as needed
Act as the voice of the customer to inform future Ads product roadmaps
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of full-time sales experience managing end-to-end enterprise or large customer relationships in digital advertising
Proven success in selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and organizations
Experience driving new business development and managing net new partnerships
