This role blends administrative coordination, customer support, and internal operations. As a Client Operations Support Specialist, you’ll sit at the intersection of service delivery and internal execution—ensuring clients receive accurate information while internal teams stay aligned and informed.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
Track requests, follow-ups, and resolutions across internal systems
Coordinate between departments to ensure timely responses
Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for leadership
Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining account records
Identify process inefficiencies and suggest workflow improvements
Requirements:
2–4 years of administrative, customer support, or operations experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
Comfortable working with CRMs, spreadsheets, and internal platforms
Problem-solving mindset with a service-oriented approach
