The Client Onboarding Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role, applying project management methodologies to client-facing projects and focusing on operational improvement in onboarding processes. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end client onboarding activities, maintaining client relations, developing project plans, and ensuring process adherence.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the implementation of all Onboarding deals in line with project management methodology
oversight of all client onboarding activity end-to-end, ensuring solutions meet client expectations
support client through their onboarding journey, respond to technical queries, set up/entitle client profiles, support client testing and migration
coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Client Services and other internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client deals
serve as the single point of contact for clients and internal functional partners
develop and maintain customized project plans outlining deliverables and milestones
establish governance models to meet client requirements and adhere to quality standards
reduce aging/cycle time, minimize deal slippage, and report project statuses
effectively manage client relationships and act as trusted advisor for dedicated client portfolio
lead meetings and coordinate activities of cross-organizational teams
maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
escalate and manage critical issues
maintain MIS and project metrics, and update senior management
identify process improvement opportunities and implement enhancements
assess risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience
English language fluency in writing and speaking required
cross-functional teamwork experience to deliver multi-work stream projects
strong communication and presentation skills
ability to promote team building and develop partnerships with other teams
ability to analyze and solve complex problems
self-starter and ability to take initiative in driving projects forward
excellent organizational and planning skills
excellent customer interaction and management skills
negotiation and decision making/problem solving skills
ability to work under high-volume workload and prioritize effectively
ability to manage and navigate through multi-faceted disciplines throughout the bank
Project Management Professional certification is preferred.
