Job Description:

The Client Onboarding Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role tasked with overseeing client-facing projects and improving operational onboarding processes. It involves in-depth understanding of Product, Sales, and Operational areas, and requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing client projects end-to-end, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, and delivering solutions in collaboration with internal departments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the implementation of all Onboarding deals in line with project management methodology
  • Oversight of all client on-boarding activity end-to-end
  • Support client through their Onboarding journey, responding to technical queries and supporting client testing and migration to live production
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Client Services and Operations partners to deliver client deals and ensure client satisfaction
  • Serve as single point of contact for the client and internal functional partners
  • Develop and maintain a customized project plan tailored to client’s requirements
  • Establish governance model to deliver client requirements
  • Continuously reduce aging/cycle time, minimize deal slippage, and ensure accurate reporting
  • Effectively manage client relationships and act as trusted advisor for dedicated client portfolio
  • Lead meetings and coordinate activities of cross-organizational implementation teams
  • Maintain relationships with key client and internal stakeholders
  • Manage regular client communication for project portfolio and serve as escalation point
  • Provide senior management updates on key projects
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to department initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • English language fluency in writing and speaking required
  • Cross-functional team work experience to deliver multi-work stream projects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to command senior client and senior internal stakeholder meetings
  • Ability to promote team building and develop partnerships with other teams through influential skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
  • Self-starter and ability to take initiative in driving projects forward
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent customer interaction and management skills
  • Negotiation and decision making/problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under high-volume workload and prioritize in an effective manner
  • Ability to effectively manage and navigate through multi-faceted disciplines throughout the Bank
  • Project Management Professional certification is preferred.
