Job Description

Foundever® and Intuit seeking a customer-obsessed and experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our team, working on behalf of one of the world’s leading fintech brands, Intuit QuickBooks.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute Structured Customer Success Engagements: Conduct structured onboarding sessions (two 45-min sessions, one optional 30-min session), advanced feature sessions, and new strategic engagements within the first 60 days to drive product proficiency
  • Guide Setup & Workflows: Facilitate QuickBooks setup, review dashboards, and walk customers through core workflows (e.g., managing expenses/income) to build confidence and ensure adoption
  • Ensure Customer Success: Verify correct SKU setup and ensure alignment with customer product goals
  • Educate & Direct: Proactively guide customers to self-serve resources and the QuickBooks Digital Assistant for ongoing product support beyond onboarding
