Job Description:

The purpose of this position is to assist with clients onboarding under direction of the Platform Delivery Team lead.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with clients onboarding under direction of the Platform Delivery Team lead
  • Play a key role in the clients onboarding from legacy asset servicers/internal systems to AlterDomus applications landscape
  • Coordinate planning and set up meetings to gain an understanding of stakeholders and ensure exhaustive collection of data and client requirements
  • Analyze client’s historical data – structural, transactional, and accounting
  • Coordinate the preparation, execution & reconciliation data imports based on outputs from previous systems
  • Contribute and ensure day-to-day follow-up of migrations, work closely with Platform Delivery Team lead to escalate any issues or concerns when necessary
  • Coordinate post migration meetings & proper reception of deliverables
  • Ensure clients facing teams' adoption of the new set up, by providing training and monitoring the user’s acceptance
  • Act as a first level of support when needed
  • Have a vested interest in the success of the migrations and ensure that benefits are being realized as part of the project

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics or IT
  • Fluent in English
  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
  • Possess team spirit and take initiative to act without waiting for direction (when appropriate)
  • Possess some professional experience in accounting (~2 years)
  • Experience with accounting systems in a similar role (gathering user requirements, enhancement requests, working on systems implementations, working on financial data migration, training) will be an advantage
  • A first experience in eFront FrontInvest Alternatives (FIA) solution would be a plus.
