Job Description:

The Client Onboarding Senior Manager accomplishes results through the management of professional team(s). This role covers responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of end results, resource planning, customer service excellence, and process improvement projects in the areas of Custody Account Opening and FX Static Data setups.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a team of 20 – 25 professionals in total (6-8 direct reports including 2 Team Leaders)
  • Handling Custody Account Opening and FX Static Data setups
  • Responsibility for customer interaction, documentation issuance, review, and system setups
  • Focusing on timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions, as well as on delivering superior customer service and resolution of customer issues
  • Leading projects related to process changes, improvement and transformation and ensuring smooth cutover with minimized risks
  • Sharing responsibility for budget, policy formulation and short-term resource planning
  • Maintaining appropriate staffing / hiring requirements to meet operational needs
  • Handling all training and development needs for assigned personnel
  • Evaluating subordinates' performance and making recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
  • Assessing risk when making business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Security Services (FX Ops experience is welcome)
  • Excellent people management skills: managing a team of at least 7-8 professionals
  • Experience in process change / transformation projects
  • Demonstrated Project management skill including financial cost management skills
  • Advanced execution skills
  • Exposure to Customer Services, Clients are highly welcome
  • Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
