Job Description:

The Citi Commercial Bank Onboarding Team is responsible for account opening, account maintenance, technical integration, and onboarding of all Cash Management products across the Citi Treasury and Trade product suite. As CCB Client Onboarding Manager you will be responsible for engaging with both clients and internal stakeholders as part of the Account Opening/Implementation processes, delivering on your own portfolio of client onboarding projects, working directly with SME businesses and their treasury organizations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and system setups
  • Focuses on timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions (Onboarding and KYC)
  • Delivering superior customer service and resolution of customer issues
  • Acting as the clients Single Point of Contact
  • Performs day to day management of assigned portfolio, related processes and various types of project management
  • Ensures awareness and full compliance of internal processes, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, and practices
  • Establishes and maintains close working relationship with clients and within internal team
  • Understands new customer requirements and ensure adequate E2E support
  • Attends regular conference calls with customers to provide updates on the onboarding and project status
  • Owns client queries end to end using project management approach

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Banking Operations, KYC, Finance, Legal Documentation review, Account Maintenance and related Cash management products
  • Proficient in handling urgent and escalation cases and manage client and internal team expectations
  • Proficient knowledge of English and any of Western European languages OR one of the following: Czech/Slovak/Hungarian/Romanian/Bulgarian
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain business partnerships and client relationships
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, pro-active team player but also able to work independently, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high-risk environment
  • Capable of multitasking and eager to learn multiple products in a challenging environment
  • Fast learner, strong attention to detail, and willingness to go extra mile
  • Strong investigative, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
