The Client Onboarding Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
Job Responsibility:
Lead client interaction, documentation issuance, review, and system setups for comprehensive account opening
Manage day-to-day account opening and maintenance processes, ensuring timely, accurate delivery and high-quality client service
Develop new work procedures, analyze complex issues, and drive continuous process and workflow improvements
Initiate and oversee project management within account services, fostering robust cross-functional relationships
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to junior staff, enriching team skill sets and optimizing productivity
Monitor client satisfaction and service levels, offering innovative solutions and ensuring adherence to client requirements
Establish and maintain strong risk management practices and controls to reduce transaction defects and enhance processing environment robustness
Proactively assess and mitigate risks in all business decisions, safeguarding the firm's reputation and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance, and related cash products, with a preference for client onboarding
Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge to develop new techniques and improve processes and workflows
Possesses strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate complex information from multiple sources
Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proven project management capabilities, including financial cost management
Ability to evaluate and resolve moderately complex and variable issues with substantial departmental impact
Proficient in English, Arabic and French (written and spoken)
Adept at assessing risk, ensuring compliance, ethical judgment, and transparently managing control issues
