Job Description:

The Client Onboarding Manager is a seasoned professional role that applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and improvement of processes. Requires understanding of how areas integrate within the sub-function and contribute to business objectives. Evaluates complex issues with substantial potential impact and requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex material.

Job Responsibility:

  • Focus on timely and accurate delivery of all account and product onboarding
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolution of customer issues
  • Customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and system setups
  • Project management in account and product onboarding space
  • Daily management of account opening and product onboarding processes
  • Manage and coordinate Sales, RM, Product, Client Services and Operations partners
  • Reduce onboarding cycle time and minimize deal slippage
  • Accurately report project status and escalate effectively
  • Apply structured project management methodologies
  • Maintain and communicate MIS and project metrics
  • Establish risk management practice and maintain culture of risk and controls
  • Identify means to reduce transaction defects
  • Assess risk when making business decisions

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of relevant financial client onboarding experience
  • Documentation review experience
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Cash products preferred
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced execution skills in multi-tasking mode
  • Exposure to Customer Service and system handling
  • Ability to achieve business objectives without compromising controls
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior management and regulators
  • Ability to coach and develop people
  • Ability to partner with businesses and other support functions at senior levels
  • Open to working staggered hours/shifts/weekends/public holidays
  • Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
