Job Responsibility:

perform proper system setups based on the client’s requirements, ensuring the highest accuracy, effectiveness and timelines
verify and authorize data elements in the adequate systems and applications
co-operate with other teams/employees in delivering high level of client satisfaction through strong product, process and client knowledge
participate in projects within the account services space, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams i.e Product Managers, Client Service, Implementation Support
participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new systems/features implementation
develop and implement processes improvements and analyze complex issues to optimize efficiency and mitigate risk
apply appropriate bank’s regulations while processing the requests - stay up to date with the current procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/University degree
strong command of spoken and written English (C1 and higher)
2+ years of experience in financial institution, working closely with data and system setups
client onboarding or FX experience is a plus but not required
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
time management, problem solving skills
analytical approach
