Job Responsibility:

  • perform proper system setups based on the client’s requirements, ensuring the highest accuracy, effectiveness and timelines
  • verify and authorize data elements in the adequate systems and applications
  • co-operate with other teams/employees in delivering high level of client satisfaction through strong product, process and client knowledge
  • participate in projects within the account services space, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams i.e Product Managers, Client Service, Implementation Support
  • participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new systems/features implementation
  • develop and implement processes improvements and analyze complex issues to optimize efficiency and mitigate risk
  • apply appropriate bank’s regulations while processing the requests - stay up to date with the current procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree
  • strong command of spoken and written English (C1 and higher)
  • 2+ years of experience in financial institution, working closely with data and system setups
  • client onboarding or FX experience is a plus but not required
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • time management, problem solving skills
  • analytical approach
