Job Description:

The Client Onboarding group is a client facing organization responsible for the coordination and communication around all underlying activities from sales prospect/new business opportunity through to the first trade. The department has a fast paced environment and analysts have deadlines to meet daily and deal with stakeholders across the globe.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure all applicable regulatory requirements are met
Manage stakeholders
Work to deadlines
Manage and prioritise daily tasks ensuring SLA's are met
Day to day oversight and contribution to creation and maintenance of customer accounts, security and pricing data within multiple systems across multiple teams
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

Requirements:

Good awareness of client needs/expectations
Financial services related experience preferable
Flexibility, team spirit, loyalty
High attention to detail
Good PC skills (Excel, Word)
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Be able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

Nice to have:

Financial services related experience
