The Global Network Bank Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for business growth. She / He handles client inquiries, resolves issues, and works with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve company objective
Job Responsibility:
Participate client transactions, projects or assignments as the junior member of a professional team
Providing day-to-day support to clients, responding to queries, and resolving issue
Supporting the acquisition and onboarding of new clients
Assistance with completion of KYC records and legal documentation
Analysis and identification of prospects along the predefined target market criteria within GNB
Work with databases (e.g. databases with prospective companies)
Internet search for information about prospects/groups as well as their ownership
Assistance with documentation and other tasks supporting GNB business
Requirements:
Strong understanding of banking products, risk management, regulatory requirements, and local market dynamics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Slovak and English language proficiency
A strong focus on client satisfaction and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
The ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Ability to analyze client data and identify potential opportunities
Ability to work effectively with others and collaborate with different teams
Ability to travel
University degree in finance, accounting, or business studies
