Job Description

The Global Network Bank Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for business growth. She / He handles client inquiries, resolves issues, and works with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve company objective

Job Responsibility

  • Participate client transactions, projects or assignments as the junior member of a professional team
  • Providing day-to-day support to clients, responding to queries, and resolving issue
  • Supporting the acquisition and onboarding of new clients
  • Assistance with completion of KYC records and legal documentation
  • Analysis and identification of prospects along the predefined target market criteria within GNB
  • Work with databases (e.g. databases with prospective companies)
  • Internet search for information about prospects/groups as well as their ownership
  • Assistance with documentation and other tasks supporting GNB business

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of banking products, risk management, regulatory requirements, and local market dynamics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Slovak and English language proficiency
  • A strong focus on client satisfaction and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • The ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to analyze client data and identify potential opportunities
  • Ability to work effectively with others and collaborate with different teams
  • Ability to travel
  • University degree in finance, accounting, or business studies
