As a Client Manager, your primary focus will be driving new business growth, where you will proactively identify, engage, and win new clients across your assigned market or industry vertical. You will play a key role in expanding NTT DATA's footprint by opening new doors, building strategic relationships, and positioning our capabilities on high-value transformation programs. Working closely with pre-sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems, you will shape and close complex deals while establishing long-term client relationships from the ground up. Job Responsibility
Proactively identify, target, and win new logo opportunities within your assigned territory or industry
Build and execute a go-to-market and hunting strategy focused on pipeline generation and market expansion
Develop and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, market outreach, and ecosystem collaboration
Lead end-to-end sales cycles: from first contact and qualification to negotiation and closing
Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business priorities and position NTT DATA as a strategic partner
Apply a consultative selling approach to uncover client challenges and translate them into tailored solutions across our portfolio (technology, cloud, services)
Shape and position high-impact transformation deals (digital, cloud, infrastructure, etc.)
Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to build compelling and competitive offerings
Coordinate internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle to ensure alignment and execution excellence
Leverage strategic technology partners to strengthen value propositions and co-sell effectively
Contribute to the creation and delivery of high-quality commercial proposals and presentations
Stay ahead of market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape
Collaborate with the European sales community to share insights, best practices, and accelerate growth
Requirements
Around 5+ years of experience in selling IT solutions or services to enterprise clients (infrastructure, cloud, IT services, or related areas)
Strong interest in IT infrastructure (network, data center, cloud) and/or digital transformation topics (including cybersecurity or cloud transformation)
Proven track record in new logo acquisition and pipeline generation
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing strategic deals
Solid understanding of IT services, cloud, infrastructure, or digital transformation topics
Curious and proactive, with a strong awareness of market trends and technological evolution
Fluent in English
