As a Senior Associate Client Manager at NTT DATA, you will be the go-to expert for managing and nurturing relationships within assigned client accounts. Your mission is to drive expansion and renewals across all solutions within your accounts, ensuring that our clients are satisfied throughout their entire journey with us.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and nurture relationships within assigned client accounts
Drive expansion and renewals across all solutions within your accounts
Utilize advanced planning skills to coordinate interactions across different geographies during sales engagements
Minimize churn and maximize retention by uncovering growth opportunities within your accounts
Take ownership of the commercial agreements for each client
Drive client satisfaction and address any concerns by recommending feasible solutions
Generate demand by identifying client needs and engaging them through digital marketing channels
Build strong, enduring relationships with clients
Develop a deep understanding of the client's industry, business environment, and strategy
Effectively communicate how our services and solutions add value
Collaborate with vendors to achieve required results
Use sales tools and methodologies to manage territories, accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts effectively
Develop open and effective communication channels with clients
Achieve performance targets, encourage revenue growth, and ensure adherence to governance and compliance policies
Requirements:
Strong sales business acumen, focusing on planning and leveraging tools and DATA to meet business requirements
In-depth knowledge of NTT DATA's offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends
Proficiency in sales pursuit, including identifying and advancing opportunities with prospects and clients
Experience with business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales techniques
Experience working with the Salesforce.com contact platform
Moderate-level experience in a sales team, customer service role, or business development and/or sales in the IT or professional services industry
Excellent client engagement and management skills, with a detailed understanding of client needs and effective sales planning
Ability to negotiate with clients and vendors/partners effectively
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a sales-related field
