Job Responsibility

  • Build strong working relationships with client-side stakeholders across marketing, digital, and business functions
  • Participate in strategic discussions, planning sessions, project reviews, and executive client meetings
  • Lead end-to-end coordination of integrated marketing and digital initiatives across multiple client workstreams
  • Drive alignment across strategy, creative, web, video, content, and performance teams
  • Manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, and execution milestones with rigor and clarity

Requirements

  • 4–9 years of experience in integrated marketing agencies, digital agencies, consulting, technology services, or strategic client/program management environments
  • Strong exposure to client-facing program management and integrated marketing workflows
  • Strong understanding of marketing communications, business communication, project governance, marketing operations, and AI-enabled workflows
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client initiatives with structure, confidence, and ownership
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Highly conscientious, Type A personality
  • Strong operational discipline and follow-through
  • Ability to influence teams and drive alignment across functions
  • Polished, professional English communication with zero MTI

  • Work with the wider portfolio group to contribute ideas on how best to service clients based on an understanding of the client’s business
  • Gain in depth knowledge of the clients’ interests to identify cross selling opportunities in coordination with the marketing team
