Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver best‑in‑class WHS consulting and advisory services to major Australian employers
  • Lead and project‑manage WHS advisory engagements from scoping through to delivery
  • Advise clients on improving safety performance, systems, and risk management maturity
  • Review, design and uplift WHS frameworks, strategies, procedures and processes
  • Draft high‑quality proposals, reports and key client deliverables
  • Collaborate with Aon’s global network to bring innovative, future‑focused safety solutions to local clients
  • Build trusted client relationships and contribute to sustainable, profitable growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Work Health & Safety consulting or advisory roles
  • Exposure to a variety of workplaces, risks and operating environments
  • Experience developing and reviewing WHS systems, strategies and governance frameworks
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to influence at senior levels
  • Excellent written, presentation and public‑speaking skills
  • The ability to communicate complex safety concepts clearly and confidently
