Job Responsibility

  • Deliver best‑in‑class WHS consulting and advisory services to major Australian employers
  • Lead and project‑manage WHS advisory engagements from scoping through to delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Work Health & Safety consulting or advisory roles
  • Exposure to a variety of workplaces, risks and operating environments
  • Experience developing and reviewing WHS systems, strategies and governance frameworks
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to influence at senior levels
  • Excellent written, presentation and public‑speaking skills
  • The ability to communicate complex safety concepts clearly and confidently

Nice to have

  • Experience with mental health and wellbeing programs
  • Training and assessment qualifications
  • Background in psychology, social sciences or human factors
