CLIENT MANAGEMENT TEAM LEADER Step into a role where you shape seamless client experiences, lead a motivated small team, and drive meaningful improvements. This is a hybrid permanent role offering 3 days in the office/2 days working from home. Central location, superb benefits package. As the Portfolio Management Team Leader, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of client portfolio transitions-onboarding, offboarding, and tenancy changes-ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time. You'll guide a dedicated team, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and strengthen supplier relationships to deliver consistently high‑quality service. What You'll Lead Team Leadership - Coach, motivate, and support a growing team, ensuring workloads are balanced and priorities are clear. Client Transitions - Oversee end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding, working closely with mobilisation teams and clients to ensure smooth portfolio handovers. Tenancy Change Management - Ensure all tenancy changes are processed accurately, confirmed with suppliers, and fully recorded in the company systems. Supplier Coordination - Build strong supplier relationships, escalate issues when needed, and collaborate with the Supplier Relationship Manager to resolve recurring challenges. Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and support automation initiatives with the Data Team. Reporting & Compliance - Support reporting on transitions and tenancy activity, ensuring compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
