Job Responsibility

Manage the full order processing cycle (entry, tracking, and issue resolution) for a portfolio of strategic clients

Work closely with logistics, planning, and operations teams to optimize delivery times
Track account performance, identify recurring issues, and propose process improvements
Independently manage complex requests and customer escalations
Produce and analyze activity reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
