Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a brand new position of Client Liaison Coordinator to support our sales and marketing process at our luxury home in Caversham. With a focus on target achievement and exceptional customer service standards, you'll manage the resident move-in process and take accountability for the new resident administration activity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain Business Development contacts
  • Assist in meeting sales targets and deadlines
  • Support sales events and exhibitions
  • Update sales database
  • Follow up on sales leads
  • Produce activity reports
  • Handle general sales and marketing enquiries
  • Manage and coordinate the resident move-in process
  • Take accountability for new resident administration activity
  • Provide cover within the home as needed, including weekends and evenings

Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous sales experience and negotiation skills (advantage)
  • Full valid Driving License
