We are currently recruiting for a brand new position of Client Liaison Coordinator to support our sales and marketing process at our luxury home in Caversham. With a focus on target achievement and exceptional customer service standards, you'll manage the resident move-in process and take accountability for the new resident administration activity.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Develop and maintain Business Development contacts
Assist in meeting sales targets and deadlines
Support sales events and exhibitions
Update sales database
Follow up on sales leads
Produce activity reports
Handle general sales and marketing enquiries
Manage and coordinate the resident move-in process
Take accountability for new resident administration activity
Provide cover within the home as needed, including weekends and evenings
Requirements:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office skills
Previous sales experience and negotiation skills (advantage)
Full valid Driving License
