Job Description

We are seeking to hire a Client Liaison Associate Analyst to act as a key link between Fund Managers and Albourne’s client-facing teams. This role is responsible for managing ongoing communications, including email correspondence, updating fund statuses, and ensuring accurate and timely information flow from fund managers. A core part of the role involves using Albourne’s proprietary manager portal to streamline communication and maintain up-to-date, high-quality data on Private Markets funds, supporting the needs of both Albourne and its clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitoring communication to assigned Funds
  • Working with Portfolio Reporting analysts and other client-facing teams to understand key deliverables
  • Establishing data room/portal access with fund managers
  • Collaborating with the Asset Class Reporting analyst on data received from fund managers
  • Coordinating with fund managers on client requirements
  • Fostering knowledge transfer within the company by working with other investment analysts
  • Capturing relevant fund status updates to ensure client deliverables are met
  • Managing email communication across client requests
  • Coordinating dual fund requests across multiple client requirements
  • Managing and storing fund communication in the database, updating the status as needed
  • Conducting initial review of received data for accuracy
  • Maintaining tools and internal databases with up-to-date, clean, accurate, and current information (Fund Status, frequency, and Source)
  • Addressing managers’ queries about MoatSpace
  • Adhering to deadlines set by both management and clients
  • Participating in status update calls with clients and possibly investment teams
  • Maintaining extensive knowledge of the internal system and active testing
  • Maintaining relevant SharePoint pages and seeking optimal procedures

Requirements

  • Having a financial background will be regarded as an advantage.
