Office Angels is proud to be supporting a prestigious organisation in their search for a proactive, people-focused Admissions & Client Relations Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a background in customer service, executive education, or hospitality, who thrives on delivering outstanding experiences and building meaningful client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage delegate registration, invoicing, CRM entry and communication
  • Provide timely and informative responses to all registration queries
  • Guide delegates through the enrolment process, including pre-arrival support
  • Maintain accurate admissions data and support deferred training cases
  • Offer a warm welcome and ongoing assistance during delegate stays
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless course delivery
  • Assist with course scheduling and logistics
  • Collaborate with marketing to support promotional efforts
  • Organise transfers, accommodation, and client activities
  • Represent the company at induction and welcome events
  • Ensure all delegate information is complete and accurate

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Familiar with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Organised, adaptable and solutions-oriented
  • Culturally aware, with experience in international or multi-cultural workplaces
  • Goal-driven, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs
  • Able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment
