This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a background in customer service, executive education, or hospitality, who thrives on delivering outstanding experiences and building meaningful client relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Manage delegate registration, invoicing, CRM entry and communication
Provide timely and informative responses to all registration queries
Guide delegates through the enrolment process, including pre-arrival support
Maintain accurate admissions data and support deferred training cases
Offer a warm welcome and ongoing assistance during delegate stays
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless course delivery
Assist with course scheduling and logistics
Collaborate with marketing to support promotional efforts
Organise transfers, accommodation, and client activities
Represent the company at induction and welcome events
Ensure all delegate information is complete and accurate
Requirements:
Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiar with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
Organised, adaptable and solutions-oriented
Culturally aware, with experience in international or multi-cultural workplaces
Goal-driven, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs
Able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment
Nice to have:
Previous experience in hospitality or client-facing roles
