Job Description:

Implementation Managers are responsible for onboarding complex and customized new and/or existing clients joining CVS Caremark and/or strategic products. As an Implementation Manager you have end-to-end accountability for the overall implementation project. The role is client facing and responsibilities include establishment and management of client relationships during the onboarding process.

Job Responsibility:

Onboarding complex and customized new and/or existing clients joining CVS Caremark and/or strategic products
End-to-end accountability for the overall implementation project
Client facing role with establishment and management of client relationships during onboarding
Development and management of overall project plans to drive project teams to specific milestones
Risk assessment and mitigation
Effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes
Mentor and help train other team members
Support strategic initiatives for the organization or department

Requirements:

Project Management 4+ years
Microsoft Office Tools experience 4+ years
Client facing experience 4+ years
Demonstrated use of Project Management tools
Strong written and verbal communication
Candidates required to work in Hybrid Model and expected to go onsite for onboarding and team meetings
Preference for candidates to reside in HUB locations: Scottsdale, AZ – Irving, TX – Northbrook, IL
HS Diploma required
Bachelor's degree preferred

Nice to have:

PBM or Health Plan experience
Client implementation experience
