Job Description:

Implementation Managers are responsible for onboarding complex and customized new and/or existing clients joining CVS Caremark and/or strategic products. The role is client facing and responsibilities include establishment and management of client relationships during the onboarding process.

Job Responsibility:

Onboarding complex and customized new and/or existing clients
Establishment and management of client relationships during the onboarding process
Development and management of overall project plans
Risk assessment and mitigation
Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders
Mentoring and training other team members
Supporting strategic initiatives for the organization or department

Requirements:

Project Management 4+ years
Microsoft Office Tools experience 4+ years
Client facing experience 4+ years
Demonstrated use of Project Management tools
Strong written and verbal communication

Nice to have:

PBM or Health Plan experience
Client implementation experience
