About the Role: We are seeking a Client Handling Representative to join our dynamic team at Translation Empire. Job Responsibility

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and respond promptly across multiple communication channels
  • Identify customer and linguist needs, providing accurate support to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide customer support
  • Recruit, assess, and onboard freelance interpreters across 300+ languages
  • Verify right-to-work, security checks, qualifications, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate application status clearly with linguists
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, issue resolution, and confidentiality at all times
