The Client Growth Partner is part of the Customer Growth team. Think of this role as PhantomBuster’s internal lead generation consultancy: You work directly with high-potential customers; You help them implement effective lead gen strategies using PhantomBuster and adjacent tools; You turn “tool usage” into real, repeatable business outcomes. You’re not here to reactively support users. You’re here to coach, advise, and influence, helping customers succeed while driving retention and expansion for PhantomBuster.

Job Responsibility

  • Run high-impact consulting calls with targeted Pro and Team customers
  • Advise on outbound strategy, ICP definition, campaign setup, and scaling
  • Debug and improve lead gen workflows using PhantomBuster and other tools
  • Share best practices across LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, enrichment, and automation
  • Identify opportunities to convert monthly users into annual plans
  • Spot expansion and upsell triggers based on usage and business goals
  • Confidently articulate value in commercial conversations (without being pushy)
  • Host office hours, Q&A sessions, and live workshops
  • Co-create webinars and use-case content with the Customer Education Manager
  • Help package expertise into scalable assets (templates, videos, guides)
  • Work with CS Ops to test and scale lifecycle campaigns and experiments
  • Use tools like Planhat and Userpilot to engage customers at the right moments
  • Share structured feedback that informs product, onboarding, and GTM strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role (CS, Presales, Sales Engineering, Growth, Agency)
  • Strong understanding of modern lead generation workflows
  • Hands-on experience with no-code / automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Clay, CRMs, outreach tools)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong prioritisation and stakeholder management skills
  • A mindset of experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with PhantomBuster or similar automation tools
  • Experience in a PLG or SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Userpilot, Planhat, or similar tools

  • Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as an indispensable, trusted strategic partner, and primary point of contact for global accounts. This involves deeply understanding their organization structure and stakeholders, business, market, and future growth levers, translating DEPT®’s capabilities into client growth opportunities across brand, performance, data, and experience, anticipating client needs, proactively inventing solutions, and seamlessly bridging marketing and technology for measurable impact
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients (including c-level) to understand their business objectives and develop growth hypotheses that deliver business impact. In turn, connect our internal capabilities, strategically leading and overseeing multi-service and multi-market growth initiatives in support of clients business - demonstrating agility in converting opportunity into delivery, and fostering strong internal alignment to deliver new value
  • Operational excellence: Oversee the operational success of the global account and its key relationships, owning growth, profitability, and long-term vision. This includes setting clear growth, margin, and retention goals, building annual growth plans with quantifiable targets, fostering accountability, and balancing top-line expansion with operational excellence
  • Business Development: Demonstrate a strong track record of commercial impact, driving client growth, new service adoption, and revenue expansion. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, extending our relationships by cross and upselling our services and capabilities (+1 Programme)
  • Solution Delivery: Work cross-functionally, cross-business unit and cross-regionally to ensure the seamless delivery of integrated solutions
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze client performance, providing regular reports and insights to demonstrate value and identify areas for optimization
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements to inform client strategies and identify new opportunities
  • Commercial Collaboration: Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements

  • Be regarded as the Trusted Advisor on implementing Blue Yonder's Supply Chain planning and execution solutions
  • Own the overall Services Sales strategy for your assigned territory of accounts, partnering with Blue Yonder SaaS Sales, Presales, Strategic Advisory and others to ensure cross-organization alignment
