Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Group Intern to join the Singapore office for a three month period between May-Aug 2026. The intern will have the opportunity to learn from a successful, high-performing team while supporting the team's ongoing activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide coordination and assistance to the marketing and sales teams through
  • Assist the Chair in the preparation of the monthly marketing meeting materials
  • Prepare and update Asia -focused marketing materials
  • Assist CRMs to coordinate marketing meetings & calls, including preparation of minutes and assistance with follow-ups
  • Assist with organization of sales efforts, campaigns, events, trips
  • Coordinate various marketing and client reports including annual prospect & client reviews, and regular marketing presentations
  • Assist with AML/KYC checks and risk assessment on prospects/clients and coordinate and monitor new client onboarding process
  • Research and coordinate with compliance on APAC regulations & “Rules of the Road”
  • Research and intelligence gathering on prospective clients for Albourne
  • Involvement with Events team as needed
  • Ad-hoc tasks upon request by Head of Portfolio & Client Group, Asia

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in undergraduate program or recent graduate
  • Proactive self-starter, proficient at time management and multi-tasking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Systems literacy (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Compliance with Albourne compliance manuals
