We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Client Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This individual will be instrumental in managing client-related financial data and supporting the broader finance team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain accurate client information records in conjunction with the finance team
  • Identify and validate invoicing amounts to ensure financial accuracy
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to support decision-making within the pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising context

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field
  • 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising, healthcare communications, or a related highly-regulated industry
  • Demonstrated understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing lifecycle
  • Exceptional data analysis and client management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Veeva PromoMats

Nice to have:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., Master's)
  • Familiarity with a multi-channel marketing (MCM) approach
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating success in financial analysis or operations
  • Familiarity with the MLR submission process or similar regulatory workflows is a significant plus
