Job Description

TechQware Technologies (TQW) is hiring a Client-Facing IT Recruiter (Account Manager) with hands-on experience in domestic IT staffing. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in core client hiring and C2C recruitment. This role does not involve any internal hiring or HR operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for external domestic clients only
  • Handle C2C (Corp-to-Corp) hiring, including consultant onboarding, rate negotiation, and documentation
  • Build and maintain direct client relationships, gather requirements, and deliver quality profiles on time
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and vendor networks
  • Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate feedback and closures
  • Regularly follow up with clients and consultants to ensure smooth recruitment delivery
  • Maintain an updated tracker and share regular updates with internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hardcore experience in IT recruitment for external domestic clients
  • Strong exposure to C2C hiring in the Indian market
  • Excellent knowledge of current IT skills, technologies, and job market trends
  • Confident in client communication and account handling
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and major hiring portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple client requirements
