  • Manage daily monitoring and engagement on client social account: respond to comments/messages, moderate conversations, and maintain brand voice
  • Gather, interpret, and report analytics (monthly/quarterly) to clients, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
  • Occasionally, communicate with the client directly and visit their location(s) to capture new content or post live from events
