Anabas Welcome is currently seeking to employ an experienced Corporate Experience Host / Receptionist to carry out front of house duties to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious Clients in a Law Firm environment the Liverpool Street / Moorgate area of London. An exceptionally high standard of service delivery is expected and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met and exceeded.
Job Responsibility
Meet and greet all visitors in a friendly and professional way
Contact hosts regarding guest arrival and update visitors on waiting times
Escort guests from ground floor to meeting rooms or lobby
Manage meeting room bookings, amendments and cancellations
Supervise meeting room set-up including layout and AV/IT assistance
Handle incoming calls professionally
Work with department members to ensure seamless service
Conduct walkaround of reception and client floor for safety and welcoming environment
Offer refreshments to guests and keep refreshment points tidy
Assist with event coordination, visitor management and space booking
Respond to emails in a timely and accurate manner
Anticipate guest needs and create welcoming atmosphere
Manage cloakroom duties and safe storage of guest items
Issue access passes and adhere to security policies
Comply with health and safety procedures
Requirements
Minimum 1 year Corporate Reception Experience
Exemplary organisation and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous experience with visitor management or space scheduling system
Ability to interact professionally at all levels including senior leadership
