This role sits within Preqin, a part of BlackRock. Preqin plays a key role in how we are revolutionising private markets data and technology for clients globally, complementing our existing Aladdin technology platform to deliver investment solutions for the whole portfolio. Preqin Client Experience, part of the Preqin Client Success organization within the Aladdin Client Business, is dedicated to maximizing product value and delivering a high-quality client experience. Our teams serve as consultative domain experts who shape client workflows and drive adoption of Preqin’s solutions across their organizations. We partner closely with Client Engagement, Product, Data, and the broader Aladdin ecosystem to deliver a cohesive, high quality client experience that reflects BlackRock’s commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and client centricity.
Job Responsibility:
Build deep, consultative partnerships with client subject matter experts, superusers, and key stakeholders
Partner with the Preqin Client Engagement team to deliver a seamless, coordinated client experience across onboarding, adoption, and renewal
Develop a sharp understanding of client objectives and align Preqin’s capabilities to support those business priorities
Master Preqin’s data and its application across client workflows and analytics, while deepening expertise in eFront and Aladdin to support integrated private market solutions
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Client Engagement and Sales teams to grow account value
Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to resolve issues, escalate concerns, and bring the client voice into roadmap planning
Strengthen alignment across the Aladdin Client Business to ensure clients experience a cohesive, high quality support model post-acquisition
Contribute to initiatives that reduce operational friction, streamline internal processes, and uplift the overall client experience
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Client Success, Client Experience, or other client facing roles within finance, SaaS, tech or related industries
Ability to be a team player and take initiative assisting peers
Solutions-oriented mindset
Excel at building strong relationships, both internally and externally, with a collaborative and transparent approach
Promote open, honest communication and encourage cross-functional alignment
Thrive in entrepreneurial environments, showing resilience and agility in navigating ambiguity
Full professional proficiency in French
Based in London or Paris
