Job Description

To help to deliver Foster Denovo’s Private Wealth Proposition by delivering a first class support service to Private Wealth Partners and their clients. This allows our Partners to focus on the client relationship and developing relationships with new clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Help to deliver Foster Denovo’s Private Wealth Proposition by delivering a first class support service to Private Wealth Partners and their clients
  • Have a thorough understanding of the advice process, client file requirements and the regulatory requirements imposed by the FCA and deliver against these agreed service standards
  • Follow Foster Denovo processes to deliver what clients and our Partners perceive to be a personalized and high-quality service
  • Prepare personalized client packs for Partners prior to client meetings, in accordance with agreed format and SLAs
  • Complete post review meeting work and evidence of review
  • Contact providers to obtain valuations and up to date plan information
  • Input all information into our back-office system (Intelligent Office) to the required data quality standard
  • Enter client details onto application forms for the Client Experience Executive to process
  • Provide regular updates to Client Experience Executives to enable them to keep clients and Partners updated
  • Provide general day-to-day admin support to allocated Client Experience Executives as relevant
  • Process submissions using our submissions checklist
  • Provide cover for our reception team as and when required
  • Provide support with incoming and outgoing post as required

Requirements
