Job Description:

The Client Executive at NTT DATA is responsible for managing client relationships and driving account growth through strategic planning and innovative solutions. With over 15 years of experience required, the role involves collaboration with delivery leaders and managing P&L across multiple deal structures. Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of client business strategies are essential for success. The Client Executive is the primary owner of the Client relationship, responsible for using all corporate resources to maximize the solutions that NTT DATA provides. Leads an organization in a matrix managed environment to deliver all initiatives within a Client engagement. Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Client engagement(s) to include business consulting, strategic planning, growth, direction, marketing, sales, delivery, and profit and loss. Manages Client financials based upon business objectives and service level agreements while meeting revenue goals. Collaborates with Delivery Leaders who manage and coordinate tasks and resources to ensure that Client needs and contract requirements are satisfied. Responsible for providing appropriate deliverables to meet Client needs. Knows the Client's marketplace, competitive landscape, and financial and business drivers. Knows NTT DATA suite of offerings and collaborates with Consulting, Account Executive and other Sales Executives to formulate Client solutions that link multiple NTT business capabilities to a Client’s strategic direction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overall ownership of assigned Client relationship(s)
  • Negotiates and owns the Client contract
  • Builds strong collaborative relationships with Consultants, Sales Executives, Technical Solution Specialists and others to maximize Client utilization of NTT DATA solutions and services, establishes and meets growth plans and targets
  • Builds and maintains advisory relationships with senior executive level Clients and Client influencers
  • Engages in all phases of selling and provides direction for delivery of Client solutions
  • Ensures positive Client experience and satisfaction as reflected by continuously improving NPS scores
  • Responsible for revenue and profit goals and effectively manages P&L across multiple deal structures
  • Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in Account management and Strategic planning
  • Experienced at creating account strategies based on the deep understanding of Client’s business strategy, business agenda as well as strategic initiatives
  • Experience identifying, developing, and managing relationships at the senior executive and C Suite Levels
  • Need to demonstrate knowledge of both the business and personal factors that influence decisions at these levels
  • Demonstrate experience at utilizing industry, technology, and client knowledge to successfully position company to convey differentiating solutions to win business
  • Experience with global solutions and service delivery models
  • Strong negotiation skills
