Job Description:

The Client Executive Senior Director - Banking is responsible for driving business transformation for major banking clients through technology and digital solutions. This role requires over 17 years of experience in IT services and consulting, with a strong focus on account leadership and relationship management. The ideal candidate will engage with C-suite leaders and lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. An MBA is preferred, and the position may require travel 40-50%.

Requirements:

  • 17+ years of IT Services or Consulting experience across infrastructure, cloud, applications, and security
  • 10+ years of account leadership experience managing complex client engagements and financial performance
  • 7+ years of domain expertise in the Banking or Financial Services industry
  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills with proven experience engaging C‑suite leaders
  • Knowledge of digital transformation strategies, including data modernization, cloud migration, and technology integration
  • MBA or prior work in consulting practice is a plus
  • Ability to travel 40–50% as needed
