With your five years+ account management experience and knowledge of the waste industry, you will manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts that use Grundon’s waste management solutions, working hand in hand with customers as they strive to exceed their environmental and sustainability targets.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactively manage, review and develop key accounts across all sectors
  • Attend regular meetings with clients across the mainly southeast operating area
  • Monitor performance and progress against agreed KPIs
  • Visit sites to conduct waste audits
  • Implement innovative solutions
  • Organise initiatives including waste education training sessions and tours
  • Utilise day-to-day support from the wider team to ensure operational matters and client queries are dealt with

Requirements

  • Five years+ account management experience
  • Knowledge of the waste industry
  • Full valid driving licence
  • A-level (or equivalent) education
