You will define and lead the global client engagement strategy to drive retail growth and long-term client value. The role ensures strong governance, a best-in-class VIC and CRM strategy, and consistent execution across regions in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibility:
Define and lead the global client engagement roadmap, aligned with business and marketing priorities
Establish KPIs and governance frameworks to monitor performance and support retail growth
Design and oversee a 360° client engagement strategy covering acquisition, activation, retention, and upgrade
Develop and structure the global VIC strategy, including segmentation, governance, and differentiated engagement models
Oversee the identification, recruitment, and development of high-potential and top clients
Lead the global CRM strategy and ensure consistent, optimized deployment across regions
Drive client activation through retail initiatives and exclusive on-site and off-site experiences
Elevate boutique-led activations and differentiated retail concepts with global consistency
Define and govern the global gifting and client attention strategy (physical and experiential) with clear success metrics
Embed best-in-class clienteling standards and ensure strong team adoption
Oversee global client insights, data quality, and continuous improvement of data collection practices
Implement standardized performance frameworks to maximize ROI and client lifetime value
Lead and develop the global client organization by setting clear standards, fostering a high-performance culture, and empowering regional teams to deliver consistent, measurable results
Drive strong cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Retail, Image, Digital) and partner closely with regions to align client strategy with local business priorities
