Job Description:

Baptist Health is hiring a Client Engagement Consultant to join the P.A.T.H. team. This role serves as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of employer clients participating in the PATH corporate wellness program. This role leads the design and development of client-specific wellness strategies, fosters collaborative relationships with employer and broker contacts, manages implementation and delivery of wellness initiatives, and uses reporting/data to evaluate outcomes and continuously improve program performance. This role works across internal business units/departments to ensure high client satisfaction, measurable results, and long-term program sustainability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serves as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of employer clients participating in the PATH corporate wellness program
