Job Responsibility:
Create and lead new long-term collaborations with client partners, designing innovative ways to deliver value and inspire the Chinese market
Partner with Enterprise leaders to develop business opportunities and drive the studio’s business strategy
Support the development of portfolio strategy, including network building, client engagement strategy, portfolio messaging, and offer development
Support project work throughout the year by bringing in the client's perspective and contributing to content development
Execute a proactive approach to network development and engagement with the target audience
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written skills in Native Chinese and English are essential
Proven experience working in a creative consulting or agency environment is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in both internal and externally-facing capacities
A proactive, creative problem solver who thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with multiple internal and external organizations
Senior candidates with a proven track record of leadership in creative organizations (in or out of the design industry) are preferred
