Job Description:

The Client Director is responsible for generating new business and expanding strategic relationships with enterprise clients, driving revenue growth across LHH's Career Transition & Mobility solutions. This position involves strategic prospecting, partnership with account managers, contract retention and negotiation, and collaboration with global teams.

Job Responsibility:

Generating new business and expanding strategic relationships with enterprise clients
Driving revenue growth across LHH's Career Transition & Mobility solutions
Bringing in new clients through strategic prospecting activity
Partnering with other functions across the business to generate outbound activity
Building exceptional relationships with existing portfolio of clients
Ensuring 100% retainment of existing contracts
Negotiating and signing new contracts in advance of expiry
Proficient use of Salesforce to log activity and provide accurate forecasting
Partnering with colleagues from across the business and globally to ensure consistency

Requirements:

Experience in selling customised talent solutions (HR, talent management, coaching, HRIS, assessments, change management, workforce transformation)
Experience in different sales techniques which include face-to-face, social selling and large presentations
Experience in selling across all lines of businesses within large commercial organisations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to take a leading sales role, influencing virtual global teams and executing successful sales strategies
Experience in hunting for new business, prospecting over a large territory
Fluent in English
