Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Development to build client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of client needs in the design-build industry. This position will report directly to the Business Development Director.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct market research and identify and approach potential customers
  • Identify new business opportunities by understanding client goals and challenges
  • Collaborate with internal teams to offer tailored solutions, expanding client accounts by offering new services or upgrades
  • Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with key clients and approach potential projects in the fields of office, school, and hospital design and construction
  • Manage project information, participate in bidding processes, and provide post-sales support
  • Research and analyze the market to identify new business opportunities in office, school, and hospital design and construction
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through direct meetings, phone calls, emails, and networking events
  • Approach and gather information about projects from target customers and partners
  • Manage project information, including customer requirements, bidding information, and post-sales issues
  • Participate in the bidding process by preparing and submitting bid documents, attending meetings, and discussing with internal teams and clients
  • Support post-sales activities, including project management, resolving arising issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields: Commerce, Foreign Trade, Foreign Languages, Business Administration, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience in client management, account management, or business development, preferably in the design-build or construction industry
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Good communication skills, persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of bidding processes and project management is an advantage
  • Willingness to support others to achieve common goals
  • Confident, friendly, open, and sociable
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a client-first mindset
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
