Job Responsibility
Account Management -70%: Support and manage a portfolio of established blue-chip customer accounts
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
Help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Support the onboarding and integration of new customer accounts
New Business Development - 30%: Research and identify new opportunities within target markets
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and display users
Generate new revenue through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities
Convert internal referrals and intercompany leads into commercial opportunities
Deliver engaging presentations and sales proposals to major brands and key stakeholders
