As our Client Development and Marketing Manager, you will be a core contributor to Collective Measures’ growth, sitting at the intersection of strategic brand marketing and high-stakes business development. Working in a hybrid capacity, you’ll partner with agency leadership to orchestrate winning proposals that become meaningful, long-term client partnerships. This isn’t just about coordination; it’s about acting as a brand steward, ensuring our unique differentiators and sophisticated media capabilities are articulated with precision and flair across every prospect touchpoint. Beyond the pitch, you will take the lead in elevating our industry presence by managing our digital footprint and executing high-impact marketing events. From spearheading our social media strategy and website evolution to keeping a sharp pulse on macro industry trends and competitor moves, you will ensure Collective Measures remains a dominant voice in the market. Job Responsibility

  • Partner with leadership to develop and manage new business proposals with the goal of obtaining and building meaningful client partnerships
  • Clearly articulate the agency’s differentiators and capabilities in written form across assigned deliverables
  • Support the development of lead generation and nurture strategies and tactics with relevant prospects
  • Assist in management of the agency’s brand, including policies and training to protect brand assets, tone and voice, and creation of visual assets
  • Manage the execution of marketing events and projects, adhering to budget, timeline, and coordination of internal team members
  • Manage the agency’s website and social media presence, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leaders as needed
  • Maintain pulse on external landscape with emphasis on agency consultancies, core competitors, and macro trends related to marketing efforts

Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a marketing agency setting
  • College degree in business, marketing, or communications
  • Sufficient knowledge of digital and traditional media, search engine optimization, social media, content, and marketing analytics tactics
  • Demonstrated self-starter approach to work, positive attitude, and drive to consistently meet and exceed expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to think and act proactively
  • A strong professional presence, with the confidence and polish to present to internal agency leaders and external partners
  • Excellent client facing skills, including proven competency with written emails, phone calls, in-person meetings, presentations, and industry events
  • Demonstrated superior competency with written and verbal communication, particularly with persuasive business writing and PowerPoint presentations
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Innately curious about digital marketing and intrinsically motivated to learn more about the agency, this industry, and our clients’ / prospective clients’ businesses
  • Advanced competency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Deep understanding of social media channels and ability to use channels for business promotion
  • Proficient understanding and skill with website development and design
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English proficiently
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to use a keyboard and a telephone
