We’re hiring a Client Delivery Lead to create that bridge. You’ll partner closely with our Account Managers to build client relationships, translate commercial conversations into clear project setups, and ensure delivery quality from end to end. You’ll also take real ownership over our expert relationships: helping source, recruit, vet, and manage experts, while coordinating day-to-day execution with Recruitment Assistants. This is a high-autonomy role where communication and judgment matter as much as process.
Job Responsibility:
Client partnership & delivery ownership: Become an internal-and-external authority of project fulfilment
Work side-by-side with Account Managers on key accounts
Convert client needs into clear project briefs and execution plans
Own project setup end-to-end
Maintain and continuously improve delivery quality
Proactively identify issues and resolve them quickly and calmly
Expert recruitment: Build and maintain strong relationships with experts
Support expert recruitment
Improve our vetting standards and matching logic
Own the full expert recruitment cycle
Create and maintain expert-facing materials
Provide strategic direction on proactive expert recruitment
Team coordination & execution: Work closely with Recruitment Assistants
Bring structure to the delivery engine
Act as the “glue” across sales, delivery, and recruitment
Requirements:
Exceptional communication (written + verbal): concise, structured, warm, and reliable
High EQ and strong stakeholder management: you can read a room, manage expectations, and handle pressure
Ownership mindset: you don’t wait to be told, if it’s broken, you fix it
Ability to work across commercial + operational worlds without dropping details
Strong judgment and quality bar: you can tell what “good” looks like and raise the standard
