Job Description

The Client Delivery Executive will manage client relationships and ensure successful service delivery in the Life Sciences domain. The role requires at least 10 years of experience, including leadership roles and client-facing skills. Candidates should have a strong understanding of regulatory processes and technology applications. This position offers opportunities for growth and collaboration with global teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with the client stakeholders to identify areas for expansion and growth
  • Liaison with client and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Liaison with the global account team including Client Delivery Executive and Client Executive

Requirements

  • Solid delivery experience of at least 10-12 years with client facing skills
  • Prior experience of supporting Life Sciences domain with at least 5 years in performing leadership roles with Life Sciences client or organization
  • Should have prior experience of 3-4 years managing Client relationships
  • Technology knowhow and Applications/Architecture background required to discuss about our offerings with Client Stakeholder
  • Exposure to sales pursuit and solutioning
  • Understanding of Life sciences regulatory processes
