Reporting to the Head of Central FP&A, the Client Delivery and APAC Finance Business Partner will drive the financial performance and support strategic decision-making for Alter Domus’ Client Delivery organization as well as APAC line of business.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a partner and trusted financial advisor to the Global Head of Client Delivery and APAC region
Drive the development of Client Delivery function and APAC region annual budgets, producing a roadmap and critical path of key deliverables
Provide value-added commentary and insights into the performance of the Client Delivery function and APAC region on a monthly basis
Conduct variance analysis to illustrate how the budget and/or rolling forecast compares against actual performance
Partner with the Financial Analytics team to develop an allocations model for the Client Delivery function
In relation to APAC region, monitor and report on commercial activities, providing insights into performance against targets
Contribute to the annual 5-year strategic long-term plan
Assist in corporate activities relating to the raising or sale of equity or debt financing as required
Assist in the financial, tax and other due diligence of prospective acquisitions
In collaboration with the Financial Control team, ensure a robust internal control environment
Maintain a relentless focus on cost and budget discipline
Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion
Promote and build the Alter Domus brand and culture
Drive change when necessary, delivering communications and directions to the team and supporting the development and engagement of employees
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in finance, consulting, corporate finance or accounting
Financial or professional services experience would be an asset
Demonstrated track record in financial and commercial management, preferably in a complex and fast-growing international business
Proven ability to apply corporate finance concepts to business decisions with experience in leadership, analysing financial information, business partnering and driving process efficiency
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate with internal and external parties
Superb attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools
Salesforce and SAP experience a plus
Fluent in English
