Job Description

Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a Client Data File Processor to support an enterprise technology team during a period of increased demand and internal resource sharing. This role will provide operational coverage as team members support multiple initiatives and will play a key role in maintaining continuity of daily file processing activities. The Product Support function ensures that business needs and customer expectations are met through dependable, well‑maintained technology solutions. In this role, you will manage daily client file exchanges and data processing activities that support group insurance operations across multiple business units.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and process customer data files using a Client File Management (CFM) platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Verify that scheduled file transfers run as planned and that files move successfully through required processing steps
  • Configure, support, and maintain secure data transmissions using an enterprise managed file transfer system
  • Review and interpret client‑provided data to resolve questions, identify issues, and support downstream processing
  • Communicate with group clients during annual enrollment periods when files are missing, delayed, or require validation
  • Balance daily tasks to meet service level commitments and performance expectations for internal and external partners
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve file exchange or processing issues efficiently

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume, accuracy‑driven work
